Sage

KaduljaSage grows as evergreen shrub Salvia Officinalis. This shrub has long, smoky green, welvet-like leaves. It is used as dried or fresh herb, and it has strong taste so it should be used in smaller quantities. It has pleasant aroma.

Sage is used in pork, poultry and game dishes, stuffings, with cheese and eggs, grilled fish.
