Mint
Mint is the leaf, and two most famous species of mint come from Mentha Spicata L. and Mentha Piperita L. Mint is native to Europe and Asia. It is used fresh or dried, it is very fragrant and sweet, tasting refreshing and cool.
Mint is especially tasty in lamb dishes. It si also used with potatoes, cucumbers, carrots and peas, as well as in fruit desserts, ice-cream, and in a special liqueur.
