Parsley

PeršinParsley is the leaf of Petroselinum Crispum plant, grown in all countries with moderate climate. It can be used fresh or dried, and it is very popular as garnishing. It has fresh and light taste and aroma. Fresh parsley is much tastier than dried.

Parsley is used in meat, poultry and fish dishes, soups, sallads, vegetable dishes, in sauces and dressings.
